2017 saw the highest number of home sales ever recorded in Northeast Florida – 28,824. Average days on market declined – 71 days – while the median sales price – $205,000- increased for the region. Jacksonville’s real estate market remains strong entering 2018. Sellers remain at an advantage in the market as inventory continues to remain low despite rising buyer demand.
